RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-General administrative work.
-Liaise with employees (annual leave, hours, ongoing projects etc.)
-Customer service (answering calls & emails.)
-Scheduling jobs / progression reports.
-Payroll of employees & subcontractors.
-Keeping track of bills, invoices, wholesalers accounts etc.
-VAT returns & collections of documents from employees.
-Invoicing & Quoting.
-Issuing of purchase orders.
-HR management and liaising with accountant.
-General filing and management of documents.
-Liaising with Solas (apprenticeship program).
Position location: HYBRID ( can work from home and or from our office in Coolea)
Position hours: 3 days per week / 24 hrs per week.
Requirements: Must be a people person and have great communication skills along with a strong work ethic.
