Another one of our signature dishes, this time for Mark and Elaine in Lucan, same old story, disconnected dining room and an even more disconnected extension. Remove all walls and bring it all together.

Project finished today in Leixlip park for Mick & Mags. Walls down, sewer pipe relocated, removed t&g ceiling, insulated roof, new velux windows, rewired, re-plumbed, new under stairs w/c, kitten fitted by first class kitchens with gap left for orignal dresser (to be painted)

I love the finish on this project, it reflects the owners personality so well. The sunroom was constructed by Brightspace Sunrooms, a company we work alongside for projects like this.

A common problem is an extension built around the existing house, leaving the orignal room just a walk through into the new build. This was a tricky one but I think we made the most of the space.

We had the pleasure of creating Daryl and Grainne’s new open plan area. They have loads and loads of space but all just disconnected. It was a real pleasure to do this project and thanks for sending on the video 👍

Here we created an opening for a bi-fold window for a client who wanted to connect his kitchen to outside space. Looking forward to seeing it complete.
