We’re looking for a driven, commercially sharp Electrical Estimator ready to take ownership of high-value tenders and play a key role in securing major projects across utilities frameworks, data centres, and large-scale electrical infrastructure.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Leading the end-to-end tender process for major electrical projects
✅ Producing accurate, competitive cost estimates across labour, materials, plant & risk
✅ Reviewing drawings, specs & tender documents to develop winning pricing strategies
✅ Engaging with suppliers & subcontractors to secure best value
✅ Supporting bid strategy, risk analysis & commercial decisions
✅ Collaborating closely with project managers, commercial teams & directors
🎯 What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in electrical estimating
Strong background in utilities, infrastructure, or electrical contracting
Proven experience pricing large, complex electrical projects
Strong technical knowledge of HV/LV systems, substations & power distribution
Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation and risk management skills
