whirlpool bath demolition completed in preparation for upcoming dry dock works 🔧⚓️

Our team carried out the safe removal of an existing whirlpool bath unit to prepare the area for the next phase of installation onboard.

Works included disconnection of all associated pipework and services, controlled dismantling of the structure, and careful removal to protect surrounding areas.

The space has now been fully cleared and prepared, ready for upcoming upgrades as part of the dry dock schedule.

Our team carried out the full scope of steel works required to close and separate a two deck venue.

Our technical team is currently out on dry dock, delivering critical upgrades and improvements across the cruise vessel. ⚓️

From Grey Water systems and Potable Water installations to enhancements in the main casino and non-smoking areas, every detail is being carefully executed. Our team is also working on CO2 systems in the kids club and important pantry upgrades to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently.

It’s a demanding environment, but their expertise, dedication, and teamwork keep everything moving forward. Great work by everyone involved 👏

Another precision whirlpool bath project completed by the NTS team 🔧💧
Our role in this installation focused on the plumbing and technical elements that ensure the system performs reliably and efficiently from day one.

Works included preparation of a reinforced, level base for structural support, along with precise positioning to accommodate the unit. We completed all plumbing connections, integrating pipework with the pump and filtration system to ensure optimal flow and performance.

Full pipework pressure testing and commissioning were also carried out, alongside key thermal efficiency considerations to support heat retention and overall system reliability.

By focusing on the technical groundwork, we help ensure every system is built on a solid, dependable foundation.

This project involved the full setup and organisation of a dedicated pump room, designed to deliver efficient system performance and long-term reliability. From neatly routed pipework to the correct positioning of pumps and filtration equipment, every element was installed with functionality and accessibility in mind.

NTS Technical Services has completed the installation of a specialised high pressure washing system onboard a cruise vessel.

Designed for harsh maritime conditions, the system combats saltwater corrosion, biofouling such as algae and barnacles, and heavy grime both on deck and during dry dock operations.

Project Scope:

✔ Installation of industrial grade high pressure pump system
✔ Marine rated stainless steel pipework and fittings
✔ Integration with onboard water supply
