We have an Announcement to make ,
we have changed our business Name and works ,
We are Now a Carpentry and Plumbing business,

S&D Quinn Carpentry and Plumbing Ltd.

This is a family Run Business and cover all aspects of Carpentry and Plumbing,.
We have joined both trades together cause for the past couple of years now we have worked in tandem which each other on many jobs , both trades are Registered and Qualified,

With the working knowledge and skill set from ourselves and the other tradesmen we work with ie. Electricians ,Plasters, Tilers etc
we are able to take on projects from start to finish as we have these trades to hand .

Domestic ( Household & Commercial )and Property Maintenance works , Renovations, Upgrades and Serviceing is what we carry out daily .

We have a wide range of knowledge in the business and provide a good honest service for our customers , we offer competitive prices , all trades are inhouse sourced so we look after the complete project if needed.( helps with organising trades availability).

My God it's been a while since I have posted on here , Going to be more active ,lots of interesting work coming up , we have a lot of trades added to our workforce over the past while, which is great for the Domestic/ Commercial Maintainenace and Renovation /New builds works we have been carrying out .

Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical
Plastering
Slabers/insulation
Glazing
Suspended ceilings/ Metal studding
Mastic and sealing works

Damage /Repair, add ons , Break in repairs, call outs for emergency for Home or Business

Bespoke household furniture.
Handyman jobs ( which is great for training staff and humbling yourself)

Disability and Elderly works carried out ,
All budgets catered for .Big or small , all area's considered, all jobs considered, dates /bookings and deposits taken on works .
Fair / proper Pricing ,

We can provide complete works or labour only price,
Some customers like to provide their own materials, that's fine we can advise what's best to use and customer has control over what's been spent on the job and has control over the ordering and delivery of materials.

In-house Interior Designer on board
Which has been invaluable to our Renovation and Commercial works.

Hi All , we are offering to all our Domestic Customers a "Direct Labour Only " Contracts of work ,This is usually only given in the Commercial works.

This is Great for the Customer as they have the Control of the Costings of the Materials and Vat on overall Cost price.!!

So that your not been over priced for Your works , which allows the Customer have a affordable Job done.
