Full reconditioning of a slate roof on a big
extension to the house , including
insulation, ventilation and all lead work
this time we have used spanish nature slates
which I personally recommend as a superior product
in composition with ceramic ridge caps
makes your roof looks really nice and durable
for decades

This is the most challenging 200 years old roof
so far, not only because the building is under
protection and we had to save as much as
possible of an original frame, but the roof
frame itself was very uneven...
also we had to use reclaimed Killaloe slates,
which doesn't help either
however we have managed to bring this
beautiful gate house roof to its original glory

Another complete roof refurbishment.
We had to slightly lift the sagged part by the valley.
Also, a good bit of timber was replaced.
This time, we used concrete slate tiles,
Timloc gable verges, all new lead work,
anthracite grey PVC fascia and soffit,
and seamless gutters with round downpipes.
A great improvement and nice finish
made this house look like new again.

manufacturers, which speaks for itself when

metal flashings ,rain water flow direction or
