This Saturday the 8th August, the Inch Mile Swim will take place in Rathmullan!

Whether you’re taking part in the 500m or the mile swim, The Swilly Sauna will be open and free from 1pm - 4pm.

Come and have a well deserved warm up with us! 🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who came down to see us this week over the festival, your support is very much appreciated as always 🌟

Our new pop-up location is Kerrykeel Pier!

Kerrykeel is an ideal location for a sauna and dunk. Perfect for those of us who need the immediate plunge before we can think too hard about the cold 🥶

Whilst our Big Swilly has taken over operations in Rathmullan, we took our Little Swilly away to be revived and rejuvenated.

We’re going to try Thursday & Friday 6pm - 9pm and Saturday 10am - 2pm this week.
