Take a look at a property in Firhouse that we gave a little refresh!

This apartment had many stains on the walls and also spots that needed to be filled. We painted all the walls, ceilings and 7 doors in the property.

Although it doesn’t look like much of a difference in the pictures, this apartment really got a fresh feel after painting.

Today our team completed two offices in Greenogue Business park.

We started by prepping skirtings and walls including filling massive spaces where pipes and electrics were installed. Then we painted them along with ceilings. The customer also asked if we could paint stripes on the wall to perfection and we made that happen.
There’s no job we can’t get done.

Today we completed a property in Rathfarnham.
Let’s have a look 👀

This house was only re-wired, resulting in rough areas around the light and etc.
Our team started off by covering furniture and electronics such as TVs and smoke detectors. We had to strip wallpaper in every room we worked on. This process involves scraping off the wallpaper, soaking it multiple times with a solution and then peeling it off.

When we finished removing the wallpaper, the rooms had to be heavily sanded twice with electric sanders and dusted off.
We filled major holes and marks before going in with a first coat of paint.
When we finished the first coat we went around and filled more holes along with caulking around the skirting boards, frames and etc.

This property was a challenge for us as the previous owners painted over wallpaper, applied wallpaper over wallpaper and etc.
