Adams of Tralee recently completed a rebuild of their dealership. Our relationship goes back a good few years and we completed the fit out and lighting on this large job. Thanks Des for the amazing feedback- it's all part of the job!

'In 2014 our dealership and business was near destroyed by Storm Darwin. We needed instant help in getting back up and running and Alan Kavanagh was among some key people who came to our immediate assistance which we are most thankful for.

So much so when the electrical tender was awarded during the rebuild we were thrilled it was Alan's company that won it. Their ability to carry out a job safely whilst being fully cooperative to us and the builder, in a live site, takes a lot of doing and Alan and his team did exactly that with zero fuss or complication. Even when we asked for the odd plug or switch to be changed it was done under no compliment and with incredible finish and attention to detail.

Alan was never afraid to give his opinion if he thought it necessary or give us guidance,as our experience on electrical matters was limited to say the least so all input was welcome!

The job Adams of Tralee was quite a big one and given the reliance our customers have on us we can't afford any down time whatsoever. Alan gave us a personal guarantee from the outset that down time would be kept to a minimum whilst doing the job to backing it up for the future. He has been true to his word and delivered exactly what he said he would and to date we have had zero outages or downtime and everything worked immediately again ensuring we could function to our full capacity at all times. Coming in very early to working late and during weekends all ensured our service to our customers was never compromised and ensured Alan met his target thus enabling the dealership to open on schedule.

We also know that his backup service is excellent and he or one of his team are but a phone call away where we know we will get an immediate response and rectification. We wish Alan and his team much success in the future and hope that the company goes from strength to strength.
