It was a privilege to welcome participants to the 2025 Nilan Ireland Installation and Service & Maintenance training. This was the first initiation of this type of training for us and we will host more of these courses moving forward.

As our company continues to grow, we are actively seeking to broaden our team throughout the country and enhance expertise on our Nilan products. Our strategy is to expand our approved installation teams nationwide along with having Nilan approved Service Engineers located in key regions with the aim of increasing our efficiency and reducing our response times for service & maintenance on all Nilan products.

The goal for the training was to train and certify Installers & Service Engineers for our range of Nilan products including:

Double Duct Heat Pump (DDHP)
Exhaust Air Heat Pump (EAHP)
Hot Water Heat Pump (HWHP)
Air-to-Water & Geothermal Heat Pumps
Mechanical Ventilation with Heat recovery (MVHR)

The course took place over two days and was strategically broken down to ensure the training was a practical as possible with all participants actively working on our Nilan products at our warehouse and offices. Over the course of the two days, we simulated typical service & maintenance callouts using our new web-based reporting system, and for those participating for installation training, we were very grateful to have the support of some of our most experienced installers on the day to provide training support.

We look forward to building a strong working relationship with our new partners as we move forward & grow throughout 2025 and beyond!

These units are connected to the Nilan Cloud system, a cloud-based management system which allows the facilities manager to remotely control the system as they wish, rather than going to individual control panels, and which enables remote servicing and maintenance."

Obvious alternative to the gas boiler Gas as an energy source has become increasingly unpredictable in recent years, and for this reason, the government has decided that the gas boiler must be phased out by 2035. The installation of oil boilers in irish new builds will be banned from 2022. Gas boilers will also be banned in irish new builds from 2025. This means that many households must be connected to an alternative energy source.
