As the summer is closing in and the exterior season is coming to an end, Here is a lovely black and white dashing we sprayed this summer.

Here is the job we completed that I recently put the reel on for,

This particular customer contacted us regarding black mould and flaking paint in their bathroom due too poor ventilation. (Issue fixed prior to completion)

First of all we scraped back all the loose paint, raked out all the cracks,

We then mixed up sugar soap and cleaned the ceiling down removing all the black surface mould,

There was a lot of filling on this ceiling after we took all the loose off as you can see in the photos,

Once filled and sanded we sealed the ceiling with zinseer B.I.N to prevent any damp coming back through in the future,

We decided as there was a previous issue with condensation we went for the zinseer perma white on the ceiling as this is a special paint designed for high condensation areas due to its sheen level the condensation doesn't soak into the paint.

The walls once prepped using tourpet filler was finished in valspar gold range. Check out them lovely crisp lines!👌🏼

The woodwork was finished in valspar eggshell to remain the period look in this stunning property!
