Barrier Automation project just completed at Castle Buildings in Tullamore 🚧

We removed the old barrier system and fitted two new FAAC systems, equipped with hinged booms to accommodate the height limitations of the underground car park. 🚙

These barriers are integrated with a networked Paxton Access Control system, allowing only authorized fob holders to enter during designated times ensuring maximum security and preventing unauthorized parking.

⚠️ ⚡️SAFETY ALERT – Risk of Electrocution from Tucson Circulating Pumps ⚠️⚡️

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has issued an important product safety alert, shared by Safe Electric, regarding certain Tucson circulating pumps.

🔹 Affected models: Tucson 5m, 6m, and 8m
🔹 Manufactured between: 2017 and 2024
🔹 Risk: A potential electrical fault could cause metal parts of the pump to become live, posing a serious risk of electric shock or electrocution.
🔹 Approx. 114,000 units are believed to be installed in homes across Ireland.

If you encounter these pumps during installation, maintenance, or inspection, please take appropriate safety precautions and advise homeowners accordingly.

🔐🚪 Installation Success! 🚪🔐

One of our latest projects featuring a HIK Vision Video Intercom installed for one of our clients!

Our customer had electric gates situated about 50 meters from her home, making it difficult to see who was at the gate without receiving a phone call or the sound of a car horn. Plus, she had to walk halfway down the driveway just to use her key fob to open it.

With no existing cabling options without cutting up her tarmac driveway, we got creative! We set up a wireless network bridge on the house and another at the gate, enabling seamless video signal transmission.

Now she can enjoy the convenience of viewing her gate from anywhere, 24/7, via her mobile phone or the 7-inch screen we installed in the kitchen. And she can easily open the gate with just a tap on her phone!

Another challenge met and resolved! 🌟
