What an unbelievable first week! Thank you to everyone that came down. The weather was great, the support was amazing, spirits were high 🧡
All of the staff really worked hard to get enough pastry and coffee out to everyone and they even made it look easy 😉
We’re going to take an extra day off this week to let the dust settle, get back on top of production and let the staff lay down awhile😅
We’ll be back baking Wednesday morning in Bantry. Open as normal in Innishannon if you need us x

Our sausage rolls start with 100% free-range, outdoor-reared pork from a family-run forest and agroforestry farm in West Cork [Caherberg Free Range Pork] and prepared by Rosscarbery Recipes 💚

Add green apple 🍏, sage 🍃 & black pepper, wrap it all in our homemade puff pastry, freshly prepared multiple times a week in our kitchen, then bake until golden & beautifully flaky

Available in both our shops, Innishannon & Bantry, from Tuesday to Sunday!
