Last night’s prep turned into today’s breakfast.

A simple overnight oats mix with porridge oats, nuts, seeds, raisins, a bit of honey, Greek-style yogurt and oat milk — left in the fridge overnight and ready to go this morning.

Chopped in some fresh banana and strawberries and that’s breakfast sorted… and a second helping later in the day.

Quick, healthy, no fuss. Even managed to sacrifice one slice of banana to the workshop floor in the process.

Anyone else doing overnight oats?

A little different to the usual workshop content today.

While the tools are down, I’m prepping some overnight oats for tomorrow. Dead simple and takes about two minutes.

Into a container goes:
• Porridge oats
• Ground walnuts
• Flaked almonds
• Pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds
• Raisins
• Chia seeds
• A drizzle of honey
• A couple of scoops of coconut & vanilla Greek-style yogurt

Top it up with Oatly Barista oat milk, give it a stir and leave it in the fridge overnight.

This one container does me for two meals – some in the morning for breakfast and the rest around 3pm when the hunger kicks in.

In the morning I’ll usually chop in a banana and a few strawberries as well.

It’s a handy way of getting loads of good ingredients into your diet with very little effort.

If anyone has their own overnight oats combinations or ingredients I should try, throw them into the comments 👇 Always good to get new ideas.

📣 WE NEED YOUR INPUT — HELP US BUILD THE PERFECT RAFFLE!

After posting our board-making process, the sanding, oiling, beeswaxing, and all the behind-the-scenes steps… we’ve had a lot of people viewing, liking, and interacting — but when it came to the actual raffle, there wasn’t much movement.

From Vision to Reality – A Custom Transformation in Tullamore, Co. Offaly

Our talented client came to us with a clear vision – complete with hand-drawn sketches – and we were thrilled to turn that concept into a luxurious reality.

Originally a run of base units with a black marble worktop, we refaced the lower section with handcrafted solid oak reeded doors, finished in a whitened oak tone and protected with a dead matte polyurethane for a soft, natural look.

Above, we built two arched display units with subtle curves, fitted with integrated LED strip lighting and custom shelving. The centrepiece? A panelled, sprayed-back feature wall with the TV at the heart of it all – perfectly blending form and function.

This is what we love: working closely with clients who have a vision, and bringing it to life with care, detail, and craftsmanship.
