The Ballast Office | Crescent Quay - A piece of Wexford’s maritime history has been given a new lease of life.

We were proud to be involved with Wexford County Council in the restoration of The Ballast Office on Crescent Quay, built in 1835. Once at the heart of Wexford’s busy port, the building was where the Harbour Commissioners oversaw ships trading with the wider world.

Restoring a protected structure like this is about more than repairing stone and timber — it’s about preserving a piece of Wexford’s story for the next generation to enjoy on the quay front.

Great to see this landmark looking its best again and ready for its next chapter. 😁

Proud to see our work at Adoration Convent, Wexford recognised on the international stage.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, First Lady Marty Kemp, and state officials visited the site as part of an economic development mission, meeting students, faculty, and local partners.

As lead design team on this project, it's fantastic to see the transformation of this former convent gaining such attention as works progress toward completion.

☀️ A great day out for the team on a site visit to our exciting new-build project in Kilmore.

With the sun shining and construction progressing well, it was fantastic for everyone in the office to see the project taking shape firsthand. Seeing the design come to life on site is always a rewarding part of the process, and we're looking forward to sharing more updates as the build continues.

Delighted to finally share that planning permission has been granted for this new build family home in Dunmore East.

This was a long and challenging journey - involving refusals, redesigns and an appeal to An Bord Pleanala - but persistence, collaboration and a cear vision saw us through.

We worked closely with our clients every step of the way, navigating the process together to achieve a result that makes this future home possible.

A great milestone for everyone involved, and we're looking forward to the next stage as this project moves towards construction.
