🚧 New Project Started – Youghal, Co. Cork 🚧

After weeks of relentless rain, we finally caught a break in the weather and hit the ground running on this new build in Youghal. Digger fired up, foundations set out, and straight into excavation.

Stone laid, services installed, and all pipework in place — getting everything right from the ground up. Finished with the final trim and blinding, leaving the site prepped and ready for the next stage.

Radon barrier down, and now moving onto the Castleforms raft foundation system — delivering strong performance and excellent thermal efficiencyexceptional U values as low as 0.1W/m²K.

Big thanks to Doyles Concrete for the pump and Breedon for supplying the “grey gold”, all completed in tough conditions. 💪

Another five-day turnaround — full base from start to finish.
