A tip for our dear costumers (and potential costumers) -
During the cold weather temperatures can reach below freezing, this can cause the water in your pipes to freeze and then expand ultimately causing the pipe to burst. To prevent this from happening you can leave a tap running on very low which will keep the water moving in the pipes preventing it from freezing over.
If you have a dud shemesh located on your roof it can also be subject to freezing. To prevent that from happening turn on the boiler switch for 10 minutes every 2-3 hours. That will keep the water at a lukewarm temperature preventing it from freezing.
