Working on a replica of an early 1900s wagon from the Galilee rejion for a museum in TLV.
the wood was all rotten, but the metalwork was still good. So we toulk it apart, and using the original metal parts, we are recreating all the wood pieces.

Just realized it's been 10 years!
One of my first furniture pieces, still standing strong in spite of my nephews abuse...
Nothing like well made traditional joinery to last for ages...

Wherever we float
That's where home is..

Made for an art exhibition in TLV, complaid of exhibits inspired by Mia Tevet poems.

בשכונת בת גלים שבחיפה, עומד בית אחד
שלמעשה הוא שישה בתים שונים
צידו האחד פונה אל הים, והשני מוקף בניינים
בית ישן וחבוט ומלא בסדקים,
ובתוכו עולם ומלואו של חיים
עמוס בקשיים ומלא באהבת חברים
אי של שפיות בו כולם משוגעים

מעולם לא גרתי בזה הבית, ולמעשה רק פעם בשנה אני מגיע למפגשים
ובכל פעם מחדש, ביום המפגש,
הבית השבור מתעורר לחיים
אחת אחד הם מגיעות ונאספים

Veneer Restoration on 100Yold nightstands.
Most of this old nightstand veneer was in really bad shape and was pilling off badly.
so we had to redo it all and gave it a new life to last at least another 100 years.
