A small interview with ourselves about YET, architecture, fabrication, objects, nature, and why we apparently find it difficult to leave anything undesigned.
The photographs were taken during our time at Milan Design Week, inside the Snøhetta pavilion — a fitting place to talk about a practice that we don’t really see as having fixed boundaries.
YET Architecture, YET FAB, and whatever comes next.

A little throwback to Washi 2.0.

Paper, light, movement and a lot of experiments along the way.

Still one of those projects we love coming back to — especially now, as we’re developing a new edition of Washi.

More soon.

Two stones were already there.

We didn’t place them.
We found them.

The house sits on one and is pressed beneath the other — forming a continuous loop of structure, rhythm, and balance.

Everything that follows — the circulation, the geometry, the relationship between inside and outside — begins from that fact.

Inside: a quiet courtyard.
Outside: an active landscape.
Between: a loop that has no beginning and no end.

Loop House — concept.

Some of the most important spaces in a building are the ones without a fixed function.

At LYN Business Yard, the central patio is one of these spaces — somewhere between circulation, landscape, workplace and meeting area.

The stepped terraces allow people to decide how to use it: to sit alone, work for a while, meet someone, have lunch, or simply pass through.

Rather than separating these activities into designated zones, we wanted the architecture to leave room for them to happen naturally.

Materially, the intervention continues the character of the existing brutalist building. Concrete, terrazzo and steel form the heavier framework, while wood, integrated light and dense planting introduce a softer layer.

A space defined enough to have its own character, but open enough to be used in different ways.

Almost there.

After 3 years of design, coordination, fabrication, and construction, the LYN Business Yard is taking its final form. LYN TEL AVIV | משרדים להשכרה בתל אביב

The materials are in place, the planting is growing in, and the space is beginning to feel as we imagined it from the first sketches.

Looking forward to sharing the completed project soon.

We see apartment design as the choreography of openness and privacy.
Here, a simple modular partition organizes circulation, filters views, and creates different levels of privacy. The result is an interior that remains open, yet offers distinct spatial experiences from different perspectives.

SAM&JO Eyewear Store

Eyewear stores are often designed to display as many products as possible.

We wanted to do the opposite.

Instead of filling the space with shelves, we introduced a central landscape that slows movement, softens the atmosphere, and invites people to wander rather than rush. The plants become part of the display, creating moments where glasses appear and disappear behind the greenery.

The result is a retail space where the products remain visible, but never overwhelming—transforming the visit from a shopping task into a quieter, more engaging experience.

For this office, we started by removing what had accumulated over time and revealing the existing concrete structure.

From there, the project was built through contrast and layers: raw concrete, glass blocks, stainless steel, terrazzo, and accents of color.
