𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝟴 𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 brought together the people shaping the next era of cybersecurity, security leaders, operators, founders, investors, and partners, for a week of direct conversations about AI, nation-state threats, identity, insider risk, exposure management, resilience, and the evolving role of the CISO.

The theme this year, 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, came to life in every discussion.

AI is changing how software is built, how attackers operate, how defenders respond, and how organizations think about trust. But the Summit also made one thing clear: the future of cybersecurity will not be shaped by technology alone. It will be shaped by the people willing to share what they see, challenge assumptions, and build together.

That is the power of the Village.

This milestone marks a definitive moment for the Software Perimeter - a security category pioneered by Koi to address the most critical vulnerabilities in the modern enterprise: the browser and the software supply chain.

The Koi team, led by the ProFounders and identified a fundamental shift early: as the browser became the primary workspace, it also became the primary attack vector.
By moving beyond traditional EDR to secure this decentralized perimeter, Koi has established a new reference architecture now trusted by the world’s most leading security organizations.

This is the third Team8 portfolio company to be acquired by Palo Alto Networks, following the successful exits of Talon (by Palo Alto Networks) and Dig Security (acquired by Palo Alto Networks).
It is a powerful validation of our Success by Design method and the continued strength of the Israeli cybersecurity ecosystem in defining the future of global defense.

We’re thrilled to announce that our latest venture-creation company, Orchid Security, has raised $36 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Team8 and Intel Capital, with support from Capital One and industry leaders, including Jeff Williams (FireEye, Cisco, McAfee), Dror Davidoff (Aqua), and Zohar Alon (Dome9, Check Point).

Orchid delivers an identity-first security orchestration platform. It enables organizations to continuously discover both self-hosted and SaaS applications, assess their native identity controls (and gaps), and remediate compliance and cyber exposure from a single point of control— without extensive effort or application recoding. By leveraging AI and LLMS, their innovative solution simplifies compliance, reduces costs, and enhances security with customers like Costco and Repsol already benefiting from their approach.

This funding will accelerate Orchid Security’s platform development, expand its sales and support teams, while building its go-to-market engine, enabling enterprises to achieve continuous visibility and control over fragmented identity environments.
