Another architectural tensile structure successfully executed, covering complete MS structural work along with tensile fabric installation.

The scope included design, supply, fabrication, and er****on of structural steel sections and plates, installed in proper line and level as per approved drawings and finished with specified primer and paint systems.

Quality hollow sections from Asian/APL Apollo (YS 210 grade), main-grade plates, and standard E6013 welding consumables were used, with section thickness maintained between 3 mm to 4 mm for durability.

The tensile system was installed using 750 GSM Serge Ferrari fabric (702S2 / 782S2), including survey, fabrication, hot welding, and installation with SS turnbuckles, corner plates, aluminium flats, wire ropes, and SDST fasteners.

The selected fabric comes with a manufacturer warranty of 7–10 years, ensuring reliable long-term performance.

Another multistorey PEB project successfully delivered, involving complete design, supply, fabrication, and er****on within a defined timeline.

The project covered a G+4 school building executed end-to-end in 40 days, including all stages from planning to final er****on.

With a total steel consumption of approximately 48 metric tonnes, the structure required careful planning and sequencing to manage the complexity of multistorey er****on.

This was one of the more complex er****on works handled by our team, requiring close coordination, ex*****on control, and strict adherence to timelines.

Ex*****on discipline and structured planning remain central to how we deliver high-complexity PEB projects.
