We're thrilled to announce yet another milestone in our journey as a Design DPR Consultant ! Yesterday morning marked the opening of a significant addition to Ahmedabad city’s infrastructure: a 4-lane split flyover accompanied by newly constructed ramps on both sides, seamlessly merging with the existing Cadila Railway Overbridge (ROB). This integrated flyover and access ramps promise to enhance Ahmedabad's direct connectivity to National Expressway 1 (NE1), offering a much-needed relief from the persistent traffic congestion at Ghodasar canal crossroads.

On March 14th, 2024, the Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, inaugurated another three-layer junction development project of Gujarat designed by us , includes a six-lane flyover on AUDA's 60 meter SP Ring Road and a four-lane underpass on the 45-meter TP road from Karnavati to Shela, alongwith at-grade facilities at Mumadpura junction , Gujarat

Glad to share one more feather to our cap ! 1000+ seating capacity large span (37.8m) at Shela & Kathwada , inaugurated today by Chief Minster of Gujarat Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel. We are grateful to Master planner & Architect of the project HCP Design Planning and Management for associating us (DELF India) as a Structural Design consultant for this largescale public infrastructure development project developed by Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority.

Today morning, our Visionary Prime Shri Minister Narendrabhai Modi ji has inaugurated the "Sudarshan Setu" Signature Bridge connecting Okha mainland and Beyt Dwarka, stretching over 2.3 kilometers, in Devbhumi Dwarka District, Gujarat. This bridge holds great importance for both the residents and pilgrims visiting the Dwarika’ Dwarkadhish & Beyt Dwarka’s temple. As rightfully said by our beloved PM sir “ this bridge is connected to the faith of our country “ The project, constructed at a cost of about ₹978 crore, holds several key aspects, facilities turning it into a Signature Cable Stayed bridge (2.3 km long, 27 meter wide) :

1)Located in Devbhumi Dwarka district within the extensive, most retained & the largest marine national park of India, Surrounded by station of Indian Navy, Okha port and archelogy survey of India’s area of interest

2)900 meter long cable stayed portion in centre with 500 meter’s main span and 200 m of each side spans. Till date’s largest clear central span in India

3)150 meter tall A shape curve leaner Pylon’s on either sides 500 meter span

4)18 meter vertical clearance for navigation purposes below 500 meter main span

5)Impression of Peacock’s feather (a symbol of Lord Krishna) on either sides of main pylons, visible during daytime as well las night time through self-illumination

6)Installation of lightening arrester on top of both pylons

7)Provision , installation of fenders to mitigate the impact of any boat / barges on main pylon foundations

8)Horizontal dampers to control the vibration of 500 meter main span

9)2.5 meter wide clear pedestrian corridor on either sides of 4 lane vehicular carriageway (wide enough to accommodate golf cart movement)

10)Solar mounted specially designed roof above pedestrian corridor generating 1MW of solar energy

11)One side pedestrian corridor adorned with verses from the Bhagavad Gita and depictions of Lord Krishna at every 10 meter distance imparting the religious and historic knowledge to the devotees ,a religious corridor

12)Cantilever view galleries at four locations providing breath-taking view of island and sea

13)Provision, installation of 3D laser holographic images visible during night hours

14)Provision of decorative steel railings, decorative lighting and shrub plantation in median and junction/island locations

15)24000 sq meter of parking space in Okha mainland and about 16000 Sq meters parking in Beyt Dwarka

This landmark development will boost tourism in the entire Devbhumi Dwarka region, specifically Beyt Dwarka location. Locals of Beyt Dwarka Island is now connected to mainland Bharat which will boost their overall development in the fields of medicine, education, social and business.

We express our gratitude to the government of Gujarat, the Government of India, and Lord Krishna for granting us the privilege to be part of this landmark project. It’s a dream of our visionary Prime Minister sir Shri Narendrabhai Modi which is now turned into reality, as he rightly said “ it’s a bridge connected to the faith of our country” set to be inaugurated on 25th February 2024 DELF India
