Some events leave you with memories. Others leave you with ideas that shape the way you think about business. RATA Conclave 2026 was both.
Being surrounded by entrepreneurs, industry leaders and people who understand the realities of running a business made this conclave particularly meaningful.
What stood out to me was the willingness of people to share their experiences openly. Every conversation offered a fresh perspective on the challenges of building a business, the importance of adapting to change and the responsibility that comes with leadership.
For me, the biggest takeaway was that building a successful business is as much about the decisions we make today as it is about the legacy we create for tomorrow.
As someone who had the opportunity to be part of organising this conclave, seeing it come together and witnessing such enthusiastic participation was deeply fulfilling.
I am equally grateful to everyone who contributed their time, ideas and efforts to make this gathering possible. The collective commitment of the team and the participation of fellow industry members made it a truly memorable occasion.
