Challenges Faced:
A. The Shop slab Height was not as per the requirement of the Future Client (Westside & Zudio). We had to remove the existing slab and beam without any damage to the existing structure.
B. We could not use any kind of vibration method which can damage the upper floors.
C. We were working underneath a High-rise structure. For that we had to work with full accuracy.
D. All Beam grid was measured and distributed in keeping each weight in mind.
• The structure Consultant has done so much research of the load while working and after cutting. First, the manner of cutting was decided. He had also designed the temporary support system for safety purposes.
• Dishmaan team accomplished the job efficiently and safely in a duration of just 30 days.
• We approached the job by 'RCC Slab & Wire saw Cutting' method to avoid vibration in the existing structure.

• Firstly, Cross Supports were installed to provide support for existing columns & floors.
• These pipes act as supporting elements, as slabs & beams are going to be cut. All cutting was distributed in ratio of weight.
• The Shop was 80 ft. interior from the roadside, in that case, it was out of reach of any machine for lifting the cut pieces. We had to do that manually. It was indeed a challenging task.
• So we put the pieces on the trolley and manually it was guided to the Roadside for Lift down. With the help of a machine, cut pieces were placed on the ground.
• After the process, machines demolished the desired beams and floor slabs at ground level. Steel and Debris removal was used to clear at night.
• The whole place was ready for casting the new slabs for the desired height.
• This was a full turnkey job accepted by Dishmaan with Limited Time Period.
• Finally with all the strategic planning and accurate ex*****on through silent demolition techniques, the place was ready as desired by the client.
