1. Architect
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop architectural designs and detailed interior concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
2.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into creative design solutions.
3.Prepare and present detailed drawings, layouts, specifications, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedules.
4.Create 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts.
5.Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless ex*****on of projects.
6.Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Qualifications:-
A.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
B.1 to 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, interior design, and project ex*****on.
C.Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
D.Strong understanding of building codes, interior finishing standards, materials.
2. Structural Engineer
A.Key Responsibilities
1) Structural Analysis & Design (RCC/Steel/Composite)
Perform analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure/public facilities (utility structures, retaining structures, water-related structures, and allied works)
Execute seismic/wind design checks and serviceability checks; support constructability-driven optimization/value engineering
Carry out advanced/dynamic analysis (e.g., response spectrum/time history, where project demands)
2) Foundation Engineering
Develop foundation schemes and designs: isolated/combined footings, raft foundations, pile foundations, retaining walls, and ground-supported slabs
Integrate geotechnical recommendations: SBC/pile capacity, settlement, uplift, stability, and constructability considerations
Support foundation-related site decisions and resolve ex*****on-stage issues
3) Deliverables, Detailing & BBS (Mandatory)
Prepare/review structural drawings and detailing compliant with Indian codes and ductile detailing requirements
Prepare, validate, and optimize Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement quantities
Review drawings and resolve technical queries during construction
CODES / STANDARDS (expected working knowledge)
IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, IS 2911, IS 3370 (and relevant provisions for infrastructure/bridges where applicable).
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Education: M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: 3–5 years in structural design for infrastructure/public sector/large-scale projects
Strong hands-on capability in: foundation design, dynamic analysis, and BBS/detailing
Proficiency in analysis/design tools: ETABS / SAFE / STAAD.Pro / SAP2000
Strong drafting/detailing: (AutoCAD/revit is an advantage)
3. Fresher civil Engineer(female)
A.Requirements
1. B.E. / B.tech in Civil Engineering
2. well versed with basic Autocad
3. Well versed with Ms office(word,excel,ppt)
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong knowhow of Construction Engineering and related IS codes
