🔬കുറഞ്ഞത് 2-3 വർഷത്തെ പ്രവർത്തിപരിചയം നിർബന്ധം
1. Inspecting construction site regularly
2. Should stay at site in case of non-local
sites.
3. Supervising and instructing the
construction team as well as
subcontractors.
4. Experience in a leadership role
recommended.
5. Create and enforce employee
schedules and construction timelines
6. Ensuring that all materials used and
work performed are as per
specifications.
7. Basic understanding of drawing, cost
estimation etc.
8. Keep stock reports.
9. Communicate with team members as
well as customers and vendors to
ensure maximum
cohesion and fluidity on projects
10. Able to do civil calculations
11. Able to prepare letter or application if
needed in project.
12. Valid driver's license.
13. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
14. Ability to focus and keep calm under
pressure.
15. Ability to keep track of multiple
projects.
16. Good knowledge in MS-Office
17. Writing up
 Project Estimate
 Bill wise quantity
 Reports,
 Budgets,
 Project plans


18. Processing paperwork and travelling
