[focalGREEN]

With deep set-back towards the road and cantilever projections on the upper floors, the form of this building was derived by connecting all the floors in the same incline.
This produced a sharp angular cladding envelope which became the highlight of the project.

Being set against a splendid natural landscape nestled in a bustling urban background - The design capitalized on the advantage of sprawling trees, melodies sounds of birds and the gentle rays of the sun - the large openings and sit-outs make this perfect abode a treat for the senses.

[LR Residence]

Designed for a joint family, who wished to continue living together in this new abode, yet catering to individual requirements and privacy of the family members.

The central portion of the plot was planned with alternating courtyards which not only provide better volume but also interactions between the residents in various ways. Each floor had its own large courtyard as well as a visually connected look out to the courtyards at the other levels.
