A home that feels calm the moment you arrive.
We wanted this façade to do more than just look good — it had to work for the people living inside. The wooden shutters open up the house to light and breeze, and when closed, they create a sense of privacy without shutting the world out completely.
The deep balcony and planters weren’t added as decoration — they’re part of everyday life here. Morning coffee, evening conversations, a bit of green in the middle of the city.
Materials were kept simple and honest. Brick for warmth, concrete for strength, wood for comfort. Nothing flashy — just things that age well and feel right over time.
In a place where the sun can be harsh, the design softens it. Shadows move across the façade through the day, keeping the interiors cooler and more comfortable.
It’s not just a house you see from the street — it’s a space that quietly supports how people live.
