I thought it’s about time I added a bit of personal touch to my page and what better way to do that than having a bright smiling face on the inauguration of my pretty little studio. ♥️🌻

It’s been quite a journey, and the growth in design sensibilities has multiplied great folds.
I have always known what I was meant to be. It has always been Design.
My keen passion and focus has gotten me to this point and I can’t express how grateful I am for everyone and every milestone crossed so far.

However, this is just the beginning .blr !! 🥂

The idea was to have the exteriors blend into the interiors.

Here the triple height courtyard adds substantial volume to the house, with ample natural light and ventilation.
The idea of an internal balcony overlooking the green courtyard downstairs and the peaceful Buddha water fountain sets the vibe for the entire common areas in the building.

All in all, you’d find the family unwinding here for their morning breakfast or a late evening snack!

Rethinking spaces.

So we’ve all got enough time to understand the importance of the space we live in during this lockdown.
It is important to have a well lit and ventilated spaces since they directly impact our mental health.

Personal interests can be one of the best tools in designing a space. Customising or even adding the most minute touch of your own interest can liven up the space and make it far more functional.

I noticed one such place at my home, it used to be a bare balcony which was hardly ever visited. It was sad since I realised how we were wasting the most beautiful view in our home and decided to switch things up a little.
Now it’s my favourite space! to unwind with a book and coffee, workout or to just gaze at nature.
It clearly didn’t take much, except for just some light tweaks!
