Warm welcome is the wrong term to be used here. This particular home sends out a radiant playful welcome to the visitors than the usual warm and cozy one like most of the home.
Glass, wood and slant walls add to the lateral thinking that is evident here.
Water has been expressed here more than an element. A huge water body finds home here and this in turn adds to the quality of living. Water is conserved and this also adds beauty to the whole scenario.
Huge windows that swing itself open to outside, letting in the air is one of factors that make this home, stay in harmony with the nature. An interplay of sunlight, air and water

The house was a statement, a fabric, weaved out of two generations with threads of emotions that are strong rooted to the past.The MS construction on the first floor and the old brick foundation below.
This house has been renovated but keeping the familiar atmosphere that has been home, for years. This was a milestone to be achieved.

We truly believe in the honesty in the use of material and not masking it again with texture or color of other materials, which simply does no justice, either to itself or to the material it has engulfed.
We believe the design and construction techniques used must be either indigenous to the local architecture or a more refined form of it.

The main idea while doing the interiors for Mr. Subramani’s residence was to give it a very contemporary look and feel.
Lots of wood and earthy colours have been used to give it an overall warm feeling and certain areas like the family room were jazzed up by giving it a funky feel.
Importance has been given to lighting. Lighting fixtures have been self designed with a contemporary touch.
