In 2018, we faced a challenge: luxury plots at Beverly Hills by Sammy’s Dreamland weren’t moving, despite their premium location.
I decided to apply a psychological trigger used by giants like Amazon and Flipkart. By planting yellow and orange flowers—the colors of ‘Add to Cart’ and ‘Buy Now’—along the median, we triggered a sense of urgency and action in potential buyers.
The result? 8 plots booked in just two weeks and a massive expansion of the project. 🚀
