The School of Architecture & Planning at Manipal, captured beautifully by and many more to go.
The building opens up once you walk in and responds completely to the massive contour/drop which offers spectacular views of the valley.
Hope to break the whole process down and share them when we find time, especially of the spaces that go beyond the Facade!

MAIA Pelican Grove, shot recently, is one of those rare projects in Bangalore that was designed to seamlessly connect with the beautiful Jakkur Lake.
While the lower levels integrate with the Greens that are in abundance, the Terraces offer a spectacular view of the vast horizon.

The amenities on the Sky Deck/Terraces were planned with the lake as a backdrop and a palette that was bold, crafted, and seamless.
