e commences with the project brief from the client and continues until the project is complete and handed over. Designing to suit the client’s budget, our eco-sensitive designs and specialized office integrating multiple disciplines is our distinctive edge. The process commences with the project brief from the client based on which TLC prepares a masterplan. On presentation of the masterplan and its approval, we detail the project into two segments - civil works and horticultural works. Detail drawings in each segment ensure the smooth and easy translation of our ideas into built form by contractors. We also assist in recommending contractors, nurseries, and other garden suppliers. Advice and supervision of annual maintenance contracts of parks, estates and other large grounds is available on request.

Nature decorated the site with hundreds of full grown trees. Our aim is to retain nature's design and add our bit to it.We initially counted 120 lush mango trees growing happily at Grasshopper. Our landscape plan for the development conserves the 120 mango trees. 40 trees are left at their original location. The rest are transplanted to provide one tree in each backyard.

Roads in Chartered Grasshopper are conceived more for pedestrians. It is based on a concept called "Woonerf" meaning "living yard" in Dutch, where the line between motor vehicle space and pedestrian space is deliberately blurred, similar to the streetscapes of quaint European towns.

Every villa is either facing a park or is just a few yards away.We have chosen Native Gardening, which is the essence of a sustainable landscape. We hand-pick plants that are indigenous to the geographic area, are available easily and thrive well in the local climate. These plants need low maintenance as they easily adapt to the local soil and water conditions.
