We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architect with a strong interest in Landscape | Architecture and Interior design.

They should also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to create detailed AutoCAD drawings.

While one year of similar experience is advantageous, we are open to recent graduates / entry-level candidates with a passion for design development and a strong aptitude for learning.

The ideal candidate should have good skills in using software such as Lumion, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Conceptualization:
3D Visualization
AutoCAD Drawings
Construction Drawings
Client Interaction
Research and Development

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Architecture

Strong proficiency in using Lumion, SketchUp, other 3D modeling, and rendering software

Did you know EPDM flooring used outdoors in pedestrian areas and cycle tracks provides multiple benefits such as :
Stability in high as well as low temperatures, Resistance to ozone, UV exposure, weathering, is a very safe material to be used for all age groups and helps relaxing your joints while jogging as it has good shock absorbing properties and provides a good cushiony surface even in kids play area for safe landing during falls.

There are even other advantages to this; let me know in the comments below where all have you seen this material being used and if you know of other advantages of EPDM flooring.
