In an energy conscious world the need of the hour is to design buildings in harmony with the macro and micro climate of the site, leading to functional and low energy yet aesthetically supreme built spaces. in harmony with the resources of the site – like the slopes, the rock formations, the trees and vegetation, the play of hard and soft paved areas, the rain water collection & harvesting and minimizing surface run off, building with sun and wind, building to keep heat out in summer and get heated up in winter.... The requirements for our residence project, Villa Vishwambhara was unique and challenging in its own way. Our role was to bring them together into a cohesive design without losing what matters most to them.

PGCIL Campus, Yelahanka, rethinking infrastructure as a place designed for living.

Designed for the Power Grid Corporation Of India Limited (Powergrid) in Bangalore, the campus transforms the idea of a substation township into a climate-responsive ecosystem where engineering meets ecology.

Planned along an east-west axis, the design maximises daylight, cross ventilation, and thermal comfort, with over 75 percent of living spaces naturally lit.

Solar integration, rainwater harvesting, low-energy materials, and preserved landscapes work together to create a more responsible and resilient campus environment.

Recognised with a GRIHA 4-Star rating and the HUDCO Design Award, the project sets a benchmark for sustainable institutional living.

At Villa Vishwambhara, the entry opens into a double height living space, filled with light and anchored by a cymbal-shaped chandelier that brings warmth to the volume.
The kitchen and dining stay connected, keeping everyday life fluid and active. Step onto the east-facing balcony and the mood shifts. A parametric louvred façade filters light, while a swing at the centre creates a quiet, steady pause.

The game room adds its own energy, with spaces designed for play, conversation, and gathering.

Urban living, shaped through light and depth.

Proposed for Satyaloka, Saraswati Nagar, this premium mixed-use development for Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board is envisioned as a responsive façade system. Balconies extend as lived edges, while recessed volumes create depth, shade, and spatial variation.

Each residence opens into light-filled terraces and layered thresholds, bringing together density and openness. As the day shifts, the building evolves, with light and shadow shaping its character.

Turning off lights for one hour helps. But real impact is built into the other 364 days.

Across our projects, energy savings are equivalent to turning off lights for hundreds of hours every year. Not through add-ons, but through decisions made at the start of design.

At the Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (Hpcl) North Central Zone Office, Lucknow (EPI: 70 kWh/sqm/year) and the PGCIL campus, Yelahanka (EPI: 63 kWh/sqm/year), this approach translates into measurable performance.

From orientation and daylighting to material and system integration, efficiency is embedded into how buildings are conceived.
