SRCPL is spearheaded to built an export oriented dyes and chemicals unit compliant to international standards at Dahej SEZ-1. The unit is cluster of 4 plants planned to be extremely efficient with top of the line ETP and SD systems and cyclic processes to leave a minimal effluent waste footprint. Integrated RM warehouse and FG warehouse provides seamless transit of loading and unloading.The unit is planned to be completely self reliant in terms of energy using solar panels on rooftop. The R&D facilities are housed with the administrative building which is also designed to be highly energy efficient.

Solcon is proud to design responsible infrastructure which is the absolute need of the hour to sustain the future.

The structure is planned to be effectively net zero by using energy conservative practices , integrated roof solar panels to meet 100% power requirement , HVAC system outdoor units completely shadowed by natural plantations, designed sandwich panels with insulation to reduce ambient temperatures , designed glazing to decrease solar component by almost 30%, reduction in annual water consumption to the tune of 40%, locally sourced material forms part of the facade grill.

The design of the plant is done in an unconventional way looking to most of the extrusion units which are non linear and based at same height. Our team studied the entire process right from raw material sorting , formation of bales, furnace functioning , removal of hazardous gases and emissions control,moulding process,storage of oil and ancillary systems to modify the conventional plant design .The plant is well equipped with ventilation systems which play a major part in furnace based units. The plant has a state of the art testing laboratory with freight management systems to comply international standards.
