How do you design for 169 courtrooms without losing the human scale? 🏛️
​The New Indore District Court is more than just a building; it’s an 11-story landmark spanning 1.5 million sq. ft.. Our challenge was to manage complex, segregated circulation for security and efficiency while honoring the local public architecture of Madhya Pradesh.

​Finished in Dholpur sandstone and textured stucco, it stands as a testament to Indore’s growth and our commitment to "Place Marking.".

A project nearing completion, this G+6 building is ready to take on its life as IT offices. Located in IT Park, Bhopal, the building uses various strategies and design interventions such as DGU glass, building orientation and other passive design strategies to minimise heat gain.
