Sharing one of our Bar Designs on a budget. We kept things minimal, with industrial themed walls, ceiling & furnitures.

Most of our design elements were made with reused materials - like the use of GI pipes for windows, door handles, planters & wall arts & the use of Barrels to make a storage unit under the table, with all refurbished furniture’s!

• 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 •

The Client didn't want conventional colors for his Crockery Unit. So we designed a Dining Space, separated from the Drawing Area by golden frame with frosted glass. And to add colors, we added Matte Royal Blue Crockery Unit. It also has a hanging chandelier above the dinning table, with wooden louvers as ceiling.

Location - Daruthenga, Bhubaneswar

Presenting you our first turnkey project. This design was interesting to execute, not only it plays with different levels in the exterior, it also has a curved stairway, large double height drawing area, open kitchen with attached store room & utility, large french windows, large slits, a gym, a home theatre, a library, huge garden & terrace garden. This building has two porticos. The ceiling height is higher than usual height, making the rooms look much larger in size. Large windows & higher ceilings make the spaces more airy & breathable.

Location - Phulnakhara, Cuttack

The challenge was to fit all the requirements of the client in a small plot area with a constraint of budget. Public & private spaces were well divided and good size of rooms were created as per the client's need. Bay windows & large french windows were provided in common spaces to ensure the lighted & breezy feels which was the major concern & need of the client.

Location - Sishupalgarh, Bhubaneswar

Narrow plot situated with neighbouring buildings very closely placed. Proper positioning of windows and openings was done, so as proper light and air ventilation is attained. The challenge was to execute the building in zero setback approval. The challenge was well executed.
