When we met Mr. Pranab Patel and his family they had this clear vision that they wanted a house amidst greenery and i am super glad that we were able to provide them exactly what they desired for. A huge garden area at the forefront of house, a double height dining area, infused green chunks in between the house, spacious bedrooms with proper ventilation and a semi open and open terrace at top.

Project: Mr. Udit Naik's Residence

Location: Bhasma, Sundargarh

Brief: Turning someone's dream house into reality is our job and for this house that's what exactly we did. The client desired for a lavish duplex house, a house with 5 bedrooms and a grand double height entrance was all he mentioned. We are glad that we were not only able to fulfill his requirements but were also able to give the house a serene and lavish feel.

Location : Pahadi mandir, Jharsuguda
Brief : When the client approached us they were very clear about how and what they wanted. They asked for a 4 bedroom duplex house, pretty spacious and well ventilated. For exterior elevation they desired a modern look, keeping those in concern we went for m.s bars and teracotta jali to enhance the outer look with very subtle use of texture paints.
