A space that feels as warm as the food it serves. 🌾✨

For this Bhubaneswar restaurant project, we wanted to step away from cold, stark modernism and create an atmosphere that feels grounded and inviting. The entire design language is built on rich earthy tones, natural textures, and a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship.

We incorporated classic teak wood and intricate cane furniture to bring a tactile warmth to the seating areas. Subtle touches of terracotta and nods to Odia heritage like Pattachitra art weave through the space, but the undeniable anchor of the room is the massive custom lighting installation suspended right in the centre of the dining area. It’s not just a light source; it’s a sculptural showstopper that draws the eye the moment you walk in.

This is what happens when modern design meets the soul of tradition.

“Tri Shakti Valley “
The Valley is a landscape design that transforms a naturally sloped terrain into a powerful narrative of patriotism and peace. By working with the site’s existing gradient rather than against it, the project creates a “Valley Concept” where history, military heritage, and ecology flow together in a seamless descent.
Core Design Pillars
•Topographical Storytelling: The design utilizes the plot’s highest point as the symbolic “Source.” An army aircraft is stationed at this summit, where a water feature begins its journey, cascading downward as a stream that mimics a natural mountain runoff.
•Harmonious Integration: The project prioritizes the preservation of the site’s original identity. Existing large trees and massive stone formations are retained and integrated into the layout. The T-35 army tank is strategically placed among these ancient stones, appearing as a permanent sentinel emerged from the earth itself.
•The Journey of Water: Following the natural slope, the stream winds through tiered green areas and pedestrian pathways, eventually settling into a serene pond at the lowest point of the plot. This mimics the natural transition of a stream joining a river, providing a tranquil “Basin of Reflection.”
