Project is envisioned through a desert modern–rustic architectural language, where contemporary hospitality design is grounded in heritage expression. The architecture balances clean, restrained forms with earthy textures, creating warm, immersive spaces that feel both timeless and rooted in place.

Set within the UAE landscape at an elevation of 860 meters above sea level, the design responds sensitively to its context. The spatial planning establishes a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior environments, framing views, moderating climate, and enhancing the experiential connection to the surrounding terrain.
| Materiality & Sustainability |
Material honesty defines the project, with load-bearing stone masonry forming the primary architectural character, complemented by finely crafted wooden details. Custom lighting is carefully integrated to enhance textures and spatial depth while minimizing visual intrusion. Sustainable design strategies guide material selection and construction, resulting in an architecture that respects its environment while delivering a refined hospitality experience.
