Nestled within the lush tropical landscape of Pantheerankavu, Eden is envisioned as a warm contemporary home that balances Kerala’s architectural roots with a refined modern language. The design embraces openness, natural ventilation, and a seamless dialogue between built form and greenery.
The elevation is shaped through a composition of sloped tiled roofs, exposed brick textures, natural stone finishes, and soft white surfaces — creating a timeless tropical character. Arched openings introduce softness to the façade while enhancing daylight and visual depth throughout the home.
Designed as a 3BHK residence, the planning focuses on comfort, spatial clarity, and climate responsiveness. Deep overhangs, shaded balconies, and landscaped edges help reduce heat while strengthening the connection to the surrounding coconut grove context.
Every element of Eden reflects simplicity, warmth, and material honesty — crafting a home that feels calm, grounded, and deeply connected to nature.
