The session was expertly led by Mr. Kanesan, Founder Director – JEF Techno Solutions👨‍🏫, who shared valuable real-world insights on critical on-site safety practices such as:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Field Executive to drive business growth through active field sales. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, product promotion, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new customer leads in assigned territories
• Conduct regular field visits and product presentations along with the Branch Head
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and update daily sales database (Excel)
• Prepare and submit cold call reports and sales performance reports
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns through coordination with the Branch Head
• Work closely with the Project and Service teams for smooth order ex*****on

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
• 12th / Diploma / Graduate
• 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driving license (2-wheeler mandatory)
