A completed commercial project that brings together modern architecture, strong street presence, and functional planning.
Designed to accommodate multiple retail and office spaces, the building combines a clean contemporary façade, large glazed openings, warm exterior finishes, and convenient stilt-level parking. Every element was planned to improve visibility, accessibility, and the overall customer experience.
