Discordance and Harmony:

The Clubhouse here is exquisitely designed while keeping the chic design of the villas in mind. Its form makes it visibly noticeable while also keeping it cohesive to the overall design. The form consists of a central cylindrical shape flanked by polygonal shapes with horizontal movement that is contrasted by the vertical pattern on the façade.

Recreation in style:

The Clubhouse is situated close to the grand sized swimming pool and has various amenities like a gym, indoor games and other recreational activities. The clubhouse has chic glass façade with modernistic projections, breathing life to a design that is cohesive to the project.

The building is carefully planned to provide all units with excellent views and wide windows are affixed to provide good ventilation and lighting. The planning also keeps vastu in mind and excels in functional and visual aspects.

Crown Jewel:

The exterior of this apartment is monochromatic, the light and dark part working in harmony to bring out the projections on the façade. The windows are wide and expansive to make full use of the expansive vistas. The grand sized swimming pool is situated in the centre of the site and acts as a crown jewel.

Terrace gardens are interspersed across the building adding a touch of freshness while also contributing in a technical way. The terraced gardens along with the wide balconies give the viewers a sense of openness.

The entrance is styled in a futuristic-modern way with L shaped arches parallelly placed and facing opposite directions. Its colour palette and style connect with the façade’s design cohesively.

The clubhouse is situated snugly between the towers, the difference in levels between the soaring towers and the modestly sized clubhouse making for an arresting view. The clubhouse is topped off with a terrace garden much like the towers its placed in between.

Linear movement is seen on the façade cut through with horizontal projections making for an interesting contrast that is followed even in the entrance arch.
