Most of us know what the basics of building a house is. Why we do that, is seldom understood by many. I have put forth my views of understanding based on my years of experience starting with this post (Part 1). We want you to read them, understand and even ask questions on this or any other construction related topic and also post suggestions, so that we may mutually benefit each other. Awareness of everything is very important for everyone, to ensure a fair deal on both sides. It is not only money that is important, but also the quality and the right people.
