A challenging project where we had to change the overall outlook and perception of an existing space being used as a rice godown for over 30 years into an attractive, neat and clean looking IVF testing lab & clinic. The transformation not only changed the overall look & feel of the building but also the surroundings, introducing the chapter of contemporary Architecture in a rural set-up.

A contemporary solution to an existing building, that drastically needed a change. The second phase of our work began where we had to change the overall outlook of the wedding hall, to make it look like a proper office space. We also made sure not to distrup the existing facade much and made minimal alterations to transform the elevation as per our design.

One of the most interesting projects that we have worked on. When the challenge is to convert a 1000 pax wedding hall into an IT space - BPO setup, we never back down. As a part of phase one we converted and recreated the existing 7000 sqft dining - kitchen of the wedding hall into a 100 pax work zone with work stations and cabins as per the requirement - extendable to seat 150 pax more.

Duration: 90 Days

A perfectly oriented house with good natural lighting & ventilation, all it needed was a good decor to elevate its overall worth and value. We had already done a similar duplex previously and hence we had an idea as to how the spaces function.

We were lucky to get a client so humble and positive to any ideas that we presented to them. Their requirement was to convert the huge 4bhk house into a 3bhk plus a pooja room. they wanted a dedicated space for a pooja room and hence the smallest bedroom was converted into a Pooja space.

On an overall we went about with a simple approach, not too flashy yet elegant based on the clients liking. Our client being a geologist and his love for rocks and their grain and texture can be seen throughout the house in the form of granite and tiling.

A blend of teak veneer, walnut and beige laminates, lacquered glass and two beautiful jaali partitions adding to the grandeur of the space.

Our goal was to make the house a humble home and we are happy to have achieved that!!

A very special project in the heart of Chennai city which we took up as a mere concrete shell and designed & developed it into a well crafted 3BHK condo. We have put our heart and soul in designing and developing this space from a bud to a beautiful flower.

The ideology was to blend in a lot of building materials together within a fixed budget and make use of maximum space for storage keeping in mind the aesthetic outlook.

a blend of Italian marble, wooden flooring, lepartto finish textured tiles, wooden mashrabiyas, veneer panelled ceilings, colored laminates, LED warm lighting, wallpaper, crystal chandelier, modular fixtures and hardwares, contemporary design ideas and a touch of class was our main moto to develop the space.

In short, our design solution was to provide a utilitarian and aesthetic friendly interior design which will be easy to maintain and that looks classy & elegant reflecting the image of the posh locality it sits within.

The final product showcases luxury, elegance, compact & user friendly in a simple way.
