Job Opportunity: Project Executive / Assistant Manager at Shree Balajee Air Conditioning

Job Title: Project Executive / Assistant Manager
Location: Mumbai
Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM
Number of Positions: 4
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee worker attendance and overtime details.
2. Manage worker salary and advance payments.
3. Maintain compliance-related documents, including wages sheets, attendance sheets, PF, ESIC, and PT (training will be provided).
4. Prepare invoices, JMS, and other billing-related documents.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and prepare measurement sheets.
6. Track and maintain documentation for client communication.
7. Travel to site offices and client offices for meetings and billing purposes (intercity travel expenses will be borne by the company).
8. Occasionally travel to other cities for meetings (maximum one or two times a month, sometimes online).
9. Exhibit strong communication skills, including email communication and letter writing.
10. Work on Saturdays and Sundays as required.
Benefits:
1. Free training provided by the company.
2. Three-month probation period with a fixed salary of ₹15,000 for 8 hours. Post-probation, salary will be performance-based. Experienced candidates can expect a salary between ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, based on interview performance. Accommodation may be provided, subject to situation. Additional benefits include PF and ESIC.
3. One week off on a chosen day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) and one paid leave per month.
4. Opportunity to work from home on days with minimal workload.
5. Salary credited on the 5th of every month.
6. Immediate joining preferred.
7. Minimum qualification: 12th pass and graduation; equivalent qualifications accepted.
