EIACP RP FRI Dehradun organized “Leaf Art for Maa – An Eco-Creative Tribute to Mothers” on May 8, 2026 at Phool Chand Naari Shilp Inter College under the celebration of Mother’s Day. During the programme, students created eco-friendly leaf art dedicated to their mothers, promoting creativity and environmental awareness. Students and faculty members enthusiastically participated in the programme.

Students from Nursing and Paramedical courses participated in the programme, which aimed to promote sustainable lifestyle practices and environmental awareness through interactive learning activities. The presentation was delivered by Mr. Shivam Kumar Sharma.

EIACP RP FRI Dehradun conducted a Noise Pollution Awareness Drive on May 4, 2026 across Dehradun City, targeting parking areas of schools, hospitals, public parks, and major traffic signals to promote reduced honking and responsible behavior; awareness posters were pasted and attached during the campaign, covering locations including Clock Tower, Garhi Cantt, Dalanwala, Gandhi Park, Ashley Hall Chowk, and Doon Hospital Chowk.

EIACP RP, FRI, Dehradun, in collaboration with EIACP Hub, UKPCB, Dehradun, organized a webinar on “Sustainable Future: Integrated Natural Farming” on April 29, 2026. The session featured Prof. (Dr.) Anoop Badoni (Dean, School of Agriculture, Smt. Manjari Devi University, Uttarkashi & Chairman, Plantica Association), who highlighted key natural farming practices for sustainable agriculture.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Shivam Kumar Sharma (P.O., EIACP FRI Dehradun) and concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Amit Pokhriyal (Coordinator, EIACP Hub, UKPCB, Dehradun).

EIACP RP, FRI, Dehradun celebrated "Earth Day 2026 under the theme “Our Power, Our Planet” by organising the “Applied Energy Intelligence Challenge 2026” at Tula’s Institute, Dehradun on April 22, 2026. Students from engineering courses and faculty participated, engaging in analytical problem-solving on energy and sustainability issues. A presentation on Mission LiFE was delivered, and infographic posters were also displayed on notice boards. The event concluded with the felicitation of faculty and winners.

The programme focused on scenario-based learning, enabling students to explore forest health issues by applying scientific knowledge and techniques for effective analysis and management.
