A new site, a new client, a new vision. From the very first site visit, we take time to understand the canvas we’re working with — the space as it stands today, and what it has the potential to become.

This living-dining space was designed with one clear vision—balance. Balance between elegance and ease, between modern lines and timeless textures, between luxury and warmth.

Every element here has a purpose: the velvet greys to ground the space, the brushed golds and marble finishes to lift it, and the natural light that ties it all together. We’ve kept the palette calm and cohesive, letting form and function speak for themselves.

This home is proof that minimal doesn’t have to be cold, and luxury doesn’t have to shout. It just has to feel right.
